What services does Capital Gain Prime actually offer?
Loans (home, education, business, auto, personal, mortgage), insurance (auto, health, home, life, travel, mortgage, burial, pet, business), investment management (stocks, gold, mutual funds, comprehensive portfolios), and other finance services including wealth management, retirement planning, credit repair, debt relief, tax & estate planning, auto warranty and digital payments. We coordinate all of them under a single written plan.
Which states do you serve?
We are currently licensed to serve clients across 47 U.S. states from our Montana headquarters. A small number of states have specific licensing restrictions on certain insurance or lending products — we will tell you in writing whether we can take you on as a client within one business day of your inquiry.
What is the minimum required to begin working with you?
There is no asset minimum for the Foundation tier — many clients begin with a single loan or insurance audit and grow into comprehensive planning. The Growth and Legacy tiers are structured for households with more complex positions, but the door is open at any stage of the financial life.
How are your fees structured?
Quarterly retainer for advisory work (Foundation $250, Growth $750, Legacy $2,400), plus a clearly disclosed asset-management fee on invested portfolios (0.50–0.75% AUM depending on tier). Loan placement is compensated by the lender, not by you. Insurance commissions are disclosed in writing. No hidden mutual-fund loads, no steering commissions.
Are you a fiduciary?
Yes. We are legally bound to act in your best interest at all times. Every conflict of interest — real or perceived — is disclosed in writing before engagement. Insurance commissions, lender compensation, and any third-party compensation are itemized in your service agreement.
How long does loan approval typically take?
Pre-approval is issued within 48 hours of receiving a complete application. Average loan close is 21 days for mortgages, 6.2 days for personal and auto loans, and 19 days for SBA 7(a) business loans. Complex transactions — jumbo, investment property, business acquisition — may take longer and we will set that expectation in writing at intake.
Can I keep my existing insurance or investment provider?
In most cases, yes. We coordinate with existing custodians, brokerages, and insurance carriers rather than forcing a transfer. If a position is structurally inefficient — high expense, poor coverage, or counterparty risk — we will say so in writing and recommend a replacement. The decision remains yours.
What happens during the initial consultation?
A structured 90-minute intake that maps your full financial surface area — assets, debts, insurance, tax position, family structure and time horizons. Within five business days you receive a written diagnostic identifying three concrete improvements we can make. If we cannot identify three, we tell you that too — and there is no fee.
